Performance Indicator
Profiles International has a powerful assessment system to give you answers. The Profiles Performance Indicator is a DISC oriented assessment system. Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions or styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioural characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity.
The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters: D (Drive), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Compliance).
The Profiles Performance Indicator is used to evaluate the differences between employees and how to use this knowledge to increase employee productivity. It measures behavioural tendencies in these five critical job related competencies:

Profiles Performance Indicator provides management with information they can use to individualise training and motivational efforts and communicate more effectively with the people they lead. It provides feedback to help your organisation build productive teams, develop effective managers, train a powerful sales force, improve customer service and ease frustrations and interpersonal conflict.
Profiles Performance Indicator is an "Everybody Wins" system that pays big dividends. The assessment is frequently used in training situations to resolve issues involving:
Improves Job Performance
The Profiles Performance Indicator also provides recommendations for improving employee performance such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, how to stimulate employee motivation and whether the employee is internally motivated or will need external stimulation.
Reports for the Employee and Supervisor
The Profiles Performance Indicator has a short administration time, just 15 minutes, and produces reports for the employee and for the employee’s manager. The individual report provides a guide to self-improvement while the Management Report provides a guide to better management, coaching and motivation.
